Dan trained with the YMCA to achieve a CYQ, YMCA Certificate in Personal Training. His skills include circuit training, building and toning, progressive sports training, exercise planning, relaxation techniques, nutrition and weight management, fitness testing, first aid and training in different environments.

Dan can apply knowledge from his backgrounds in dance, swimming, martial arts and various other physical activities to a training programme to ensure his clients get a safe and effective workout, personally tuned to achieve the individual's specific goals.

Dan can train outdoors, in a gym, or even in your own home.

About Dan

Dan comes from a background in the performing arts and has been in the industry over 10 years. He has training and experience in acting, dance and stage combat – armed and unarmed including various styles of martial arts. With this expertise he is able to pay particular attention to the needs of actors, dancers and fight/stunt performers, such as improving strength, tone, posture, flexibility and energy levels.

Dan also works locally with people who fit more into the general population working to improve health, fitness and diet to achieve and maintain a healthy active lifestyle.

Dan is committed to reduce the large amount of people in London , and England , living unhealthy and sedentary lifestyles, to educate people in the benefits of fitness, both physiologically and psychologically, to instruct them in simple ways to improve their life, and to motivate them to stick to their aims and achieve their goals.
