Bronze Package

This basic package is for anyone who needs some assistance in planning an efficient workout or for someone who already knows the basics of exercise but simply wants that extra push of motivation. It is also ideal for people with an irregular and/or demanding schedule.

I will work with you to discover your goals and suggest the best way to achieve them. In each session I will take you through a workout, specific to your goals, instructing and motivating you along the way.

Silver Package

In this package you will have a free consultation session where we will discuss your past and present exercise habits and diet, we will also look at your goals and how you can achieve them. I will write a plan for your workouts, specific to your goals, and each session I will take you through a workout, instructing and motivating you along the way.

Gold Package

In the gold package you also get a free consultation to discuss your exercise habits and lifestyle. We will look at your diet in detail, using a food diary, and I will suggest ways, if necessary, to improve it. I will perform some tests to screen your current level of health and fitness and we will set targets based on that information. Within the first sessions I will write you a progressive exercise programme detailing your daily, weekly and monthly exercise. In the following sessions we will work with the plan, fine tuning it based on your improvement, and I will instruct and motivate to ensure you are working out safely and efficiently to achieve your goals.

At regular intervals I will repeat the health and fitness tests to follow your progress and set new targets based on those results.

I will be available to you by phone and email to answer any of your questions and to update your programme. I can also txt reminders to you, if you wish, for a little extra motivational prompt.
