Circuit Training
Circuit Training is an ideal method of exercise that is flexible to cater for all levels of skill and fitness.
Utilizing a circuit of simple, known, exercises, circuit training provides a good introduction to both weight training and aerobic exercise and provides an effective workout for the whole body.
Participants can work at their own individual pace and intensity in a sociable and non-competitive environment.
Regular training can decrease fat, increase cardio-vascular efficiency and improve muscular strength and endurance and muscle tone.

Healthy Walking:
Walking is a great way to exercise; we all know how to do it, it’s easy to do, it doesn’t require any equipment, kit, or facilities and we can incorporate it into our everyday lives.
I can lead a group around a Lambeth park on a healthy walking session. The session would include a warm up and stretch and then the main workout. The main workout involves three different levels of walking for participants with different levels of fitness; these are incorporated into walking games utilising the parks features for other body weight exercises. We finish with a gentle cool down on our way back to the meeting point and a post workout stretch.
The healthy walks are an ideal way to introduce people to exercise and encourage a more active life. Participants can:
- Meet other members of the community.
- Exercise in a natural environment with friends and family.
- Have fun exercising at a comfortable intensity.
- Improve fitness without going to the gym.
- See more of their local parks.
