Dan has been performing since 1996. He has worked in all mediums of stage, film, TV, radio, and is comfortable in each, with an understanding of most jobs behind the scenes as well (from first hand experience).
As an 'all rounder' Dan has experience in dance, singing and stage combat as well as acting and has played roles straight, comic, dramatic and farcical to audiences ranging from 6–6,000. Dan's performances have received excellent feedback from both peers and press.

- BADC Gold with Recommendation Certificate in Advanced Stage Fighting.

Accents – As Dan has lived at both ends of the country, and has travelled extensively. He has a good ear for accents and is able to pick them up quickly. To date he has given performances in the following accents – London, RP, Liverpool, West Country, Yorkshire, Standard Scots, Northern Irish, Southern Irish, Mid–West and Southern American, Australian, Italian.
Singing – High Baritone. (low A below middle C to Ab above C2).
Dan regularly attends the Abbey Academy of Singing and Drama and is taught the Bel Canto singing method by tutor Frances Brooke. He can also read music.
Dance – Jazz, basic ballet, Latin & Ballroom – including Foxtrot, Quickstep, Tango, Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Rumba, Samba, Cha Cha and Jive.
Sports and activities – excellent swimming (competed as a teenager), long distance and cross country running (also competed at school), cycling, boxing, martial arts, shooting, canoeing, climbing, abseiling, sailing, weight training.
Performance skills - Improvisation, stage combat, presenting, motion capture.
Other skills –, In the Air Training Corps Dan was trained in military drill, tactics, shooting and flying and he is also trained in Viking military tactics and drill.

Related work experience – Dan has worked in many roles behind the scenes: as a fight arranger, producer, writer, director, assistant director, deputy stage manager, assistant stage manager, floor manager, PA to a producer on both film and stage productions. He has worked as rigging crew – sound, set and stage set-up/building - on various entertainments and corporate events in and around London (including The Queens Jubilee, The National Television awards, The Rolling Stones, BBC, Various performances at the Royal Albert Hall, and many more). Dan also has experience as a vision mixer, editor, camera operator, casting director & designer.
Dan holds a full car driving licence and is a qualified first aider.
